Dooley, the amazing blue tick coonhound we love. He was first found abandoned on a highway in South Carolina. He was brought to Virginia and put into a foster home, where he was well taken care of. A family, aka one of the author’s family, adopted him when he was two years old. The dad went out one night, and then he came home.. and Dooley was with him! He’s afraid of storms, but loves the beach…minus the water. He has lived with this loving family and continues to be loved and cared for at the age of 6. Three cheers for this beach pup!
